Polly K. Gauthier, MD

Dr. Gauthier earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. She completed her residency in Pathology and a Cytopathology fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, followed by a General Surgical Pathology fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center. She is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology and cytopathology.

Professional Experience

With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Gauthier has held leadership roles including Medical Director of Anatomic Pathology at The Woman’s Hospital of Texas and Head of Cytopathology at St. Luke’s Hospital.

Dr. Gauthier joined Brown Pathology in 2021. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, tennis, and sailing.
