Dr. Coleman earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology with honors from Oakland University in 1997 and her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 2003. She completed her residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and is board certified in both. She went on to complete a Surgical Pathology fellowship at UC San Diego and a Cytopathology fellowship at Wayne State.
Professional Experience
Dr. Coleman’s clinical interests include breast and genitourinary pathology, and she brings extensive training in diagnostic subspecialties to her role.
Dr. Coleman joined Brown Pathology in 2022. She lives in Houston with her husband, a music teacher, and is also an ultra athlete who has completed marathon swims and multiple Ironman races.
