Education & Medical Training
Dr. Huy Nguyen earned his medical degree from Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. After teaching anatomy as adjunct faculty for a year, he moved to the U.S. and completed his pathology residency at Detroit Medical Center/Wayne State University, serving as Chief Resident from 2019–2020. He went on to complete a Surgical Pathology fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center and is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology.

Professional Experience
Dr. Nguyen joined Brown Pathology in August 2022, bringing strong academic training and a focus in surgical pathology to the practice.
